Cancellation policy:
Life gets busy and we understand things happen. However, to make sure we are accommodating all our clients and making the most of our time we ask for a credit card to hold and book our services. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment with us, we require 48-hour notice. Cancellations with less than 48-hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of their scheduled services. No Shows will result in a charge equal to 100% of their scheduled services.
